- Go to the campaign editor.
- On the top there is a “View” button.
- Click on that View -> Source Code -> Paste your HTML Code in the box -> Save.
- Your HTML template will be inserted and displayed.
3. How many Emails can we send per day ?
There is no sending limit, You can send as many emails as you require.
4. Can I send a campaign to multiple lists?
Nyxion follows a simple rule: One campaign, one list. Here are two alternatives that you can use:
Duplicate Your Campaign: Simply duplicate your sent campaign and then send it to a different contact list.
Merge Your Contact Lists into a New List: Create a new contact list and then import all the newly created CSV files.
5. Can I remove the Nyxion logo from my campaign footer?
The Nyxion logo appears only in free accounts, and can be removed if you are on a paid plan.
6. How can I add an attachment to a campaign?
To ensure optimum performance, you can host the file on your website (or on a service like Dropbox etc) and then add the download link to your campaign.
Our two cents: Do not send attachments. Why? ISPs become suspicious when they see bulk emails sent regularly with attachments, and may mark you as a spammer. Not to mention that some ISPs have file size limitations, your recipients email programs may block the attachments, and put yourself in your customers’ shoes: how many times do you open attachments in bulk mailings?
Instead of sending attachments, host the file online instead and insert the links in your email. Your deliverability will not suffer and you will be able to track the number of clicks by your customers.
7. What is the size limit for attachment files sent via Nyxion?
The total email message size must not exceed 15MB. This size limitation applies to all our plans. Please keep in mind that sending attachments with mass mailings is not recommended as some ISPs will block messages beyond the size of 5MB.

8. How can I add an unsubscribe link to my newsletter?
The unsubscribe link is very helpful for you to avoid being marked as a spammer. By having a visible unsubscribe link, your recipients can easily unsubscribe from your mailings lists, otherwise they may mark your message as spam. The unsubscribe link is automatically added to the footer. You can customize the footer (including that unsubscribe link), as long as you keep the “@unsub” to enable your recipients to unsubscribe from your mailing list.
Please note: You’re required by law to have an unsubscribe link in your campaign
9. How to copy / duplicate a campaign?
You can easily copy a sent or draft campaign using the “Clone” option.
Go to your Campaigns page and and click on the ‘Edit’ in case your campaign is in draft mode or the ‘Clone Campaign’ in case your campaign is sent.
Find the campaign you want to duplicate, then click Manage → Clone.
On the Campaign details page on the newly cloned campaign, you can change the details, edit the design.
